Background

June M. Marshall, Esq.

Ms. Marshall is the principal lawyer at Marshall Conflict Resolution (MCR). Prior to starting her own legal practice, she worked for the Federal Service Impasses Panel (FSIP) and the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) for 13 years as a labor relations specialist and staff attorney.  During her tenure at the FSIP and FLRA, Ms. Marshall was involved in resolving disputes between Federal agencies and labor organizations either through settlement negotiations or, if necessary, litigation. Since she established MCR, Ms. Marshall has provided individuals with legal representation in a variety of mediation/arbitration, Family law (divorce, child custody, visitation, and property division), and labor and employment matters. Ms. Marshall’s works with clients from all walks of life. She understands and cares about the issues her clients face and is determined to provide them with caring, compassionate, and personalized service. Ms. Marshall provides her clients with a safe, confidential environment to foster open discussion so that they can achieve the best possible outcome for their case.
